exercise plan

OK, it's been a week of Ramadhan Fasting .. how time flies ..
I know that the essence of fasting has nothing to do with loosing weights, but with my weights now, I was hoping I can get extra something from it :P Well, the fact is, til now, I only loose 1kg .. it's not good ..
OK then, perhaps I should lower my expectations, not to rely too much on fasting. I plan to go to the gym again after Ramadhan and on Ramadhan too when I have my period.
I plan to take at least 1 yoga class and 1 session of treadmill + sit ups per week. Is it enough ? I hope so.
