gum abcess

My little fella likes to cry when I brushed his teeth during the early years.. perhaps that's the reason why he has 'geripis' teeth afterwards. My little sister is used to be like that too so I  think it's okay until one day I brought him to the dentist. Dentist told me that his gum has abses that needs to be cured. So they begin to cure the cavities, and even give filling to protect the teeth crown. After several weeks, the abscessus is lessen however still a few red dots in his gum. Last Saturday the dentist reopen the last filling and try to sucks the absecessus blood. Mudah2an sembuh yaa deek .. Lopeee

cheese cake and video editing

Last weekend, the kids were surprising me as always. They make me cheese cake .. using graham crackers aka roti marie :D .. recipe courtesy from kk. And the results turn out not bad at all.. yuuummm .. 
When we go shopping for the ingredients well actually I was a bit skeptic at that time.. I told kk to pick the ingredients by herself #amtoolazy #badmommy 
Surprisingly she pick the biscuit, cream cheese, yogurt all by herself .. she said she created that recipe (inspired by the cooking show, but still) .. 
At home, she asked me if I want to help her, I said I don't think so #again..badmommy 
then she said, thats ok .. #oww
There she goes busy with the activities with some help from her lil bro and lil sis, well may be it's considered as intrusion but I told the big sis to be patient with her lil bro and lil sis :P  
And after one hour at least it's done she asked me to taste it and I like it. She enjoyed my compliment as if it's a huge gift from the sky .. #awwsosweet

Another story is the next day when I told her to start creating the video with the help from her father of course. Apparently her father is too lazy to browse and give her easy tutorial, so with the help of mommy again we create the new movie and as I browse to learn again .. we manage to drag and drop the media, adding text, adding music background etc. After that I just leave her with her things by herself. Some times she asked me to join her not to help her but because she was to scared to be in the room all by herself. 
Her lil sissy asked if this is going to be her task when she's as old as her sister. I said yes, her reactions is 'waah repot banget yaa' .. #shockedmommy #pricelessreaction 
And we're quite happy with the results .. 

Cemungudhh

I try to post to my soc med, not because I want to show off but I want to be reminded of these memories many years ahead. Now that I don't do blog as often as I used to, I try to post to IG / path just for the sake of capturing those moments. I guess that's why I want to start writing again, about my feeling currently, hopefully it will release the bad feelings, helps me gain more power and makes me feel better again ;)

I know it's nearly my period time, the time when I used to feel 'galau', whether I've done enough in my work and family ? Am I good enough ? Can I be better ? because I want to be better. Am I in the right place ? Should I move to new work place ? If I move / if I get busier with work will I still have time for my children.. If I stay what should I do to make more and so on.. it's a never ending list.. kyaa

But one thing for sure, despite of all the worries, us already have small achievements that should be counted on : 
1. I have paid 4 days of fasting .. yeaay 43 days to go :P
2. Husband and I have regularly go jog .. though not much of distance but it's nice to have sweat once / twice a week 
3. My FD always finish on time #yesitsworkrelated
4. This month marking my last trip to Japan bills is paid off 
5. This month marking shaf's last medical bills is paid off 
6. Children made a lot of progression on their school reports 
7. and other stuff apart from school too, better than I used to be on their age
8. Our house is always full of food Alhamdulillah, clean and tidy too 
9. the kids is having good education, they don't have to worry on how to go and get back from school 
10. they also have their lesson outside school too 
11. I can buy their favorite toys 
12. Husband and I can help our parents pay their bills too

Hopefully starting next month I can save a whole lot more, getting closer to my next dream, not to forget to save for future self too. 
My mum once said that I already have many bags and I can borrow hers too, She said I should not buy more bags but saving for upgrading my car instead :P 
May be it's God plan that I have to undergo much painful process so I'm a lot happy when my Kay get 100 on her test, or she can master new song so eloquently or Shaf can make more friends or She can finally said No if someone bugging him or Al can finally learn how to kick and being counted on his football team .. or saving every penny can finally bring me closer to my dream car :D 

bday al and so much more

Last week was Al's bday so we were quite busy preparing the goody bags, pinata, snacks, meal box etc. Luckily I have my 3 helpers helping me so we create a system in filling the goody bags, putting name and thank you tags in, etc. Pinata was made by my hubby as project coordinator, we search pinata tutorial and go with the one that used paper mold instead of card box. The idea is to make pinata that easier to crush yet sturdy enough to hold all of the candies. 

I visit local shop to buy snacks and candy stuffs more than once, since this might be our last kindergarten party so we try to make as special as it could be but within budget of course. Not just the birthday party that turns out more than our expectation but the whole process of preparing was enjoyable as well. I hope those memorable times will be remembered by the children when they're grow up.

 This Saturday will be Al's graduation day from kindergarten, I'll have three elementary kids within 1 months; they keep reminding me of that. That this mean no more playing and pile of home work ? I hope not, please don't grow so fast kiddos.

i'm a proud mom

School report day is not always a happy one, not because of my children's effort and result. But because of the appreciation given by their school teacher is not always make me feel satisfied. Perhaps of their lack of attention to ours nor their personal opinion that blurs out their purpose in teaching and many others.

I'm proud of kay because of her effort and progress on her mark, she managed to climbed 5 place then her previous rank. Not to mention her effort in her piano class considering that this is her first 3 months playing piano !!
I'm proud of shaf because of her effort in reading with very minimum lesson from me, also her progress in writing, dictating and so on. She's also great in her ballet class !!
I'm proud of al because he can memorize those surah from Juz amma, short doa. He's very discipline and aware of his responsibilities. He counts until 50, he's very friendly and respect the elders !!

dufan time

Oh long time not updating this blog. Last weekend we're having holiday in Ancol, our main visit is dufan, and planned to go to eco park. But kids gets exhausted and we don't have much time as well.
Last time I went to Dufan is during my senior high school year (if not mistaken), the ticket price now is 270,000 IDR. But last weekend we bought the premium (fast track) 450,000 IDR because we could not imagine waiting for the long queue, which will be very uncomfortable for the kids. Guess we're doing the right thing, many friends of mine complained that they're queuing for 2 hours for Ice Age.. gosh imagine that. Although now we have to tighten our budget to survive this month, haha. 
Kids love the theme park, Shafa's favorite ride is the water trapper, and Alde's faveorite ride is the Ice Age.
We also love the hello kitty show, it's so damn cute. Luckily I also brought my SLR so some good photos manage to be snapped.

Long time no post

Kebiasaan yaa udah lama ga ngepost berarti kantor yg sibuk, di rumah juga, laptop putih yg ga selalu dibawa .. Sedih dosku udah tambah lemot, udah seumur shafa juga sih tuh laptop. 

Baru nyoba ngepost lwt aplikasi bogger nigh, enak tp keyboard nya salah2 teruss 😊😂.

mixed feeling

Aarrgh being in this situation is so far from my comfort. Why I have to be so close minded, there are many possibilities in our lives that might bring happiness beyond our expectations !! countless possibilities!! but why I limit myself only into these options ? 

I need to sew right away .. or see my kiddos .. They are my true antidotes.

between bedrooms

Just realized that lately I never slept in the same bedroom. Well to be honest I never had good deep sleep without any interruption ever since my first child born. Sometimes well many times my first and third would awaken in the mid of the night when I'm not around. Either they'd like to be cuddled or asking for milk. 

My second had this allergy so she'd have some cough during her sleep, we checked and sometimes it's caused by her sleeping position, her clothes were open or the air conditioner is too cold / too hot.

Depending on the case so in the morning I could find myself cuddling the first in this bedroom, or overslept after giving milk to the third in that bedroom .. not in a good position (you know my kids would moved around freely in their mattress, so I often ended on the floor or on very rear mattress keeping them from falling).

I wonder is it normal ?

one morning

Lately my daughter, Shafa loves to play with my camera. She would snap some pictures by herself. I do not know is it accidentally or not but some of the pics are quite nice. Mind my old camera, it has fallen several times / be knocked down by the kiddos so the result are merely not perfect because of the cam itself. 
This is one of the pics, nobody realize we were shoot by the camera. I like it because it reflects our morning ritual breakfast during wekeends.. No body takes a bath yet :P 

nearly feb

It's nearly february .. then I just realized that it's almost time to check my contraception and pap smear again .. which feels like not long time ago I did that .. So where have I been ? what have I done ?

I check my iphoto's time line , and my blog entries .. and thank God I can remember most of my time this year .. How could this be happened ? Is it because I'm too busy with my routine so I can not remember 2011 that much ?

I just want to make my time useful for myself, my family .. I want to live it to the fullest dunia akherat.. Amin

new working space

Pongs home center are cutting down some of their shelves price .. I've been wanting to buy rigid (but nice) 'factory' shelves because they are more affordable (compared to solid wood shelves). Our stuffs are cluttered and unorganized. So we (I) bought 3 shelves :P
The big one will be used in our (working) bedroom .. Yup I've moved my sewing peripherals to my room. Wanna see ?
(PS : big love to our assistants who moved the unorganized stack of fabrics to the new place)

My first daughter soon will leave kindy .. going to primary. So she has to be able to read and write. We've tried to taught her, but she interested much if we relate those words with pictures. Like these :

Another year nearly flewn by .. my baby boy grows out so fast right before my very eyes ..

tough week

Because our nanny is visiting her hometown .. I managed to get my annual leave ( with note : that I'm available on call if there's any urgent matters, alritey then ) ..
A lot of work to be done to maintain our house not too damaged (caused by my three little rascals creativity) .. but I enjoyed every minute of it. My favorite moments :
- when I mop the floor, and Al wants to walk on it.. I told him not too because it's slippery. What he did : he tip toed !!
- when Shafa told me why she refused to go outside because she envied her sister playing with other cousins
- when Al refuse to take a nap, and wanted to accompany me had lunch .. and after a few minutes he fell asleep while hugging me
- when Kaysa and I laugh hard after commenting her fellow friends / school activities
- when Shafa and Al wanted to eat their meal hastily
- our day off at fun world / bambino grand indo after daddy went to his office to sign some papers (it's on thursday afternoon until 10 pm wohoooo)
and many more (i should've wrote it before they slipped my mind)

But now the nannies are back, so mom need to get back to work, back to oriflame, lolalolybugsy and many other matters .. but I treasure my last week with the kiddos .. and I miss them already much :'(

today

My husband is away for business trips .. which is sucks cause today is my bday..
I can't asked for a leave since my leave quota is dedicated for next month when my nanny will go to visit her hometown.
My boss .. well he said I've been asking too many times for permission leave :P ..
so I end up here in my office doing daily routine ..

Since a few weeks ago my fellow mommies talked about schools for their kids.. some are thinking of putting their kids to another school which they think is more qualified. I found many schools have better methods but looking at their tuition .. I repel sending my kids to go there. I found my kids current school is not that bad .. well many times I was disappointed cause the teacher could not give more attention to my kids, but when I'm in his/her position I'd probably do the same. There are 20+ kids in the classroom so it's hard to maintain our emotions and keep being cheerful/nice and at the same time pay good attentions to every kid.

In reality, kids need to be faced that the environment sometimes are not that friendly. Sometimes we have to fight and strive to get what we want, not waiting until someone give it to us. So I try not to rely on the school too much. Teacher are human like us too, and they can not guarantee that our children will be able to do math/reading through their studying time at school. We as parents still need to guide our children, thought them what they need to know in a fun way. We know them more than their teacher knows them, and we have plenty of time to spend with them, so I think parents are still better teacher for their children.
